Reminder: For optimal consultations, we ask that you try
to bring the following (or arrange for it to be sent or faxed to
our office) at the time of appointment:
- Pertinent medical records.
- All current medications and over-the-counter drugs.
- Current insurance cards.
OFFICE HOURS/DAYS: Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30
p.m., Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays.
PAYMENT POLICY: All billing inquiries are handled through
Piedmont Hospital's billing department, not by our office.
All claims will be submitted to your insurance company. Piedmont
Hospital's Outpatient Registration Department asks that each patient
provide their insurance information so that the claim will be filed
in a timely manner. Outpatient registration does not accept co-pays
at the time of registration. You will receive a bill for the co-pay
(if applicable).
Dr. Silverman accepts all insurance company contracts that are
accepted by Piedmont Hospital. Please call your insurance company
to confirm that Dr. Silverman and Piedmont Hospital are on your
contract.
EMERGENCIES: If you are experiencing a life threatening
emergency, dial 911.

The physicians at Cardiology of Georgia handle all calls after
hours, weekends, and holidays. The number to call is 404-355-6562
and the physician on call will be notified.
